1. Product Information:
All products sold on Cancigerkuzuarmasi are handmade and carefully crafted. They
are not personalized but made-to-order. Each item undergoes a detailed quality
control process before shipping.
2. Orders and Payment:
Orders are completed via secure online credit card payments. By completing the
payment process, the customer is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms
and Conditions. This information is stored in our system.
3. Order Cancellation:
Customers may request a cancellation within 8 hours after placing their order. After
this period, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled.
If a cancellation is approved, the payment will be refunded to the original card.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank.
4. Returns and Exchanges:
Due to international shipping costs, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery:
Orders are shipped from Turkey via our logistics partner, Shipentegra.
Estimated delivery time to the United States: 4–9 business days
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments
Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer
All orders include free shipping
6. Tax and Invoicing:
The seller operates under Turkey’s Small Business Tax Exemption Certificate
(Esnaf Vergi Muafiyet Belgesi). Therefore, no commercial invoice will be issued for
purchases.
7. Disputes and Record Keeping:
All orders are processed with system-logged confirmation that the customer has
read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
In case of a payment dispute, these logs will be provided to PayTR or the relevant
bank as evidence.
By completing the purchase, the buyer is deemed to have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
DISTANCE SALES TERMS / MESAFELİ SATIŞ ŞARTLARI
1. Confirmation of Product Information / Ürün Bilgilerinin Onaylanması
The buyer confirms that they have read and acknowledged the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product(s) on the seller’s website, and has provided the necessary approval electronically.

2. Delivery Time / Teslimat Süresi
The product(s) will be delivered to the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer within the delivery time indicated on the website, provided it does not exceed the legal 30-day period, depending on the buyer’s location.(Usually 4-9 days for Usa,Uk,Germany)
3. Delivery to Third Parties / Ürünün Üçüncü Taraflara Teslimi
If the product is to be delivered to a third party, the seller is not responsible if the
recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
4. Product Responsibility / Ürün Sorumluluğu
The seller is responsible for delivering the product(s) in good condition, complete, in
accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with all applicable
warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
5. Unauthorized Credit Card Use / Yetkisiz Kredi Kartı Kullanımı
If, after the product is delivered, the payment is not processed by the bank or
financial institution due to unauthorized or unlawful use of the buyer’s credit card by
third parties (not caused by the buyer’s fault), the buyer must return the product to
the seller within 3 days.
6. Force Majeure and Delivery Delays / Mücbir Sebep ve Teslimat Gecikmeleri
If the seller cannot deliver the product within the expected timeframe due to force
majeure (e.g., natural disasters), the seller is obligated to inform the buyer. The
buyer may then choose to cancel the order, receive a similar product, or postpone
delivery until the issue is resolved. If the order is canceled, the total amount paid will
be refunded to the buyer within 10 days.
7. Typographical Errors / Tipografik Hatalar
Our company cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or incorrect price
listings.
